Every day for lunch and dinner there are 3 menus among which to choose, combining local and Italian recipes in an exuberance of flavours. A rich buffet with cooked and raw vegetables is always available.
The selection of wines – exclusively from this area — completes every meal in a most deserving way.
Every Thursday we have a candlelight gala dinner with delicious local specialities, unveiling the secrets of the Trentino cuisine.
