To book a stay send us an e-mail or call us with your information

Downpayment & Cancelling

The downpayment requested as a definitive confirmation constitutes a guarantee of the reservation and not a deposit on the services provided. Should we not receive the requested deposit within the deadline indicated in the correspondence, we will be forced to cancel your reservation.

Your stay is guaranteed by a 30% confirming downpayment to be made by bank transfer or credit card, within 7 days of booking.

In the reason for specifying: confirmatory downpayment-period-name.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards.

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Master Card, CartaSi, Maestro, Pago Bancomat.

No reductions are granted for late arrivals and early departures, unless otherwise agreed with the management.

In case of early departure or late arrival, the fee for empty beds will be charged (overnight price).

Check-In & Check Out

Please free the rooms on departure no later than 10 am.

Rooms are available from 2 pm. Should you arrive after 8 pm we wish to be informed.

Tourist Tax

As of November 1st, 2015, the Autonomous Province of Trento has introduced the provincial tourist tax as established by the l.p. 8/2002 art. 16 bis.

This tax must be paid by each single person staying in any accommodation facility located in the province for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights in the same structure.

The tax rate for this accommodation facility is 2 euro per person/night.

Exempt are:

  • Children under the age of 14
  • People undergoing therapies at accredited public and private hospital health facilities, affiliated with the national health service located in the province
  • People accompanying patients admitted to accredited public and private hospital health facilities, affiliated with the national health service, located in the provincie, max. one companion per patient
  • Civil protection operators and personnel belonging to the police, armed forces and firefighters if they are staying in accommodation facilities for service needs
  • Applicants for international protection, unaccompanied foreign minors and victims of trafficking temporarily staying in accommodation facilities
  • Subjects staying in accommodation facilities following measures adopted by public authorities dealing with emergency situations resulting from disasters or events of extraordinary nature.
